Integrated management system policy

ASES GROUP, s.r.o. (hereinafter "ASES GROUP") is located in Prague with administrative facilities and a business premises, which serves as a commercial base in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. ASES GROUP is engaged in the trade and distribution of automatic cooling fire extinguishing systems (hereinafter "AOHS"). The company's products are patented and can be applied in a variety of common activities of our existing and potential customers. These include the following AOHS applications:

b) Data center and IT equipment operations f) Gas installations
c) Buildings and electrical equipment g) Freight transport
d) Households and accessories h) Railway transport
  i) Road transport

We meet the demands of customers and modern trends in the development and production of AOHS. We implement this vision through long-term and purposeful collaboration with our customers, suppliers, and employees of the company.

 

A necessary standard for us is the continuous improvement of environmental performance, reducing occupational risks while expanding our activities. We improve environmental protection and the conservation of natural resources, maintain an economical approach to energy consumption and use, prevent environmental pollution, enforce workplace safety at our facilities, and ensure and require compliance with legal requirements that apply to ASES GROUP and relate to its environmental aspects, occupational risks, and principles for economical and efficient energy use.

 

The Integrated Management System (ISM) policy of ASES GROUP is established by the company's management and outlined in the following principles:

  • We aim to develop customer satisfaction and their trust in our products and services through customer service. We maintain and develop customer trust in mutually beneficial supplier-customer relationships based on mutual application of an anti-corruption culture. Flawless, reliable quality of the offered products and their environmental impacts.
  • We will focus on efficiency in all activities through the optimal use of all available resources within BAT.
  • We aim to organize all processes and activities to prevent mistakes and increase efficiency. Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work while respecting environmental protection, preventing injuries, and preventing bribery, including adherence to an anti-corruption culture at the workplace. Each employee is required to report cases of bribery affecting them or those around them at the workplace to the employer (ISM manager).
  • Our goal is to manage, measure, and continuously improve ISM through ISM goals or EMS, SMBOZP programs, following the wording and commitments arising from this policy.
  • In the areas of EMS and SMBOZP according to EN ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2017, we commit to:
    • fulfill legislative and customer requirements related to occupational health and safety,
    • prevent the occurrence of work injuries and timely and adequately identify risks of potential health and safety threats,
    • educate and train our employees (including external service organizations) in safety to ensure that all adopted measures and approved internal procedures are implemented.
    • support our employees in adhering to safety measures that will ensure health and safety at work under all circumstances,
    • comply with applicable legal regulations and other requirements arising from environmental aspects, continuously improve our processes to prevent environmental pollution,
    • resolve emergency situations quickly and correctly, eliminate faults and defects affecting safety as quickly as possible,
    • respond to feedback from customers and colleagues, and identify with the good name and policy of ASES GROUP.
  • In the area of ISMS according to EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022, we commit to:
    • fulfill legislative requirements related to the prevention, detection, and resolution of cases of bribery, including the implementation of an anti-corruption culture at the workplace,
    • fulfill all legislative and other requirements with the aim of continuously improving the security of information acquired, transmitted, and stored on all carriers and communication platforms, create an appropriate organization for managing information security within the company and in relation to the environment, maintain an up-to-date overview of the organization's existing activities and define responsibility for maintaining an adequate level of protection for each piece of information,
    • define duties for information protection among employees and ensure the creation of necessary awareness.
    • ensure appropriate physical security by defining rules for access to key areas and protecting equipment,
    • define communication and operational management rules to ensure the reliable and secure operation of the organization's functional and communication systems,
    • secure access management to information by defining rules for granting access rights to all means of information and communication systems and information carriers, including monitoring how available resources are used,
    • develop and maintain systems with regard to promoting information security in information system projects and other supporting activities,
    • define procedures for preventing and minimizing damage from accidents, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events to ensure business continuity,
    • document compliance with requirements arising from legal, contractual, and other obligations.
  • In the area of EnMS according to EN ISO 50001:2018, we commit to:
    • fulfill the provisions of this policy and implement measures to achieve set goals and target values, resulting in reduced energy consumption, efficient energy use, and continuous improvement of EnMS,
    • all employees will be trained, notified, and required to use energy efficiently and effectively according to their capabilities,
    • continuously inform employees about energy consumption trends in the company and support suggestions for improving EnMS provided by any interested party,
    • operate production equipment and operational tools according to the latest technical knowledge and seriously consider the purchase of energy-efficient products in all investments,
    • identify and fulfill the requirements of relevant binding regulations regarding energy management and related regulations,
    • use appropriate measures to prevent an increase in energy consumption or mitigate its consequences,

 

The goal of these principles is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of ISM, which in ASES GROUP consists of the requirements of standards:

  • EN ISO 9001:2015
  • EN ISO 14001:2015
  • ISO 45001:2017
  • ISO 37001:2017
  • EN ISO/IEC 27001:2022
  • EN ISO 50001:2018 and, in the application and enforcement of these standards, contribute to improving customer satisfaction, strengthen our market position, protect resources and the environment, and continually reduce risks when purchasing, selling, and distributing products.

 

The company's management continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of its ISM by promoting and fulfilling the wording of this ISM policy through annually issued and evaluated ISM goals. We support active employee participation in improving ISM.
