Product line HP-FK / installation in HDS

The new ASES HP FK-II is the successor to the proven passive disconnection and extinguishing system HP-FK-I and brings primarily smart design improvements. The improved mounting ensures quick and easy installation without the need for cable modifications.

ASES HP FK-II works without the need for external power or electronic systems, ensuring high reliability and simple installation. Unlike other active systems, ASES HP-FK-II is based on the principle of mechanical activation at high temperatures or direct flames. Its main task is to protect against overheating of current connections, which can lead to a fire in the main electrical circuits of the building (HDS). In case of overheating of the device, protected space, or direct flame, the thermal fuse is first activated, which disconnects the disconnection contact and ensures the electrical current is cut off. If the high temperature or flames persist in the protected space, the piston is unlocked and extinguishing media is released into the protected area.

The ASES HP FK product line is the ideal solution for passive fire protection of main electrical supplies (HDS), where overheating and subsequent ignition of the electrical installation pose a risk.
